Founded in 2007, Pack Less Development & Innovation Ltd stands as a mature organizationA with competencies to meet the demands of high volume logistics market segments.

With 100% Brazilian capital, Pack Less is already present in multiple continents through joint ventures and licensees, industrializing and commercializing the product Pack Less.

In our organization we have a team of engineering and highly skilled professionals with expertise in materials and manufacturing operations. This team is able to provide an in-depth study of processes which can generate opportunities for improvement throughout the supply chain.

Pack Less’ headquarters is in Brazil, the city of Cotia, Sao Paulo has an installed production capacity of up to 200 000 units/month. It has also set up a branch in the town of Triumph – Rio G. South and with further plans of opening new branches in Brazil; beginning with the state of Bahia.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote sustainable development through the reduction and replacement of wood used in the process of transportation and storage of industrial products. We will achieve this through displaying evidence of the technical, environmental and economic benefits offered by Pack Less.

Company History

• 2004 – Top Project Pack Less development, with research and technology development.
• 2008 – Launch of Pack Less, with the implementation of the first pilot project and inauguration of the plant in São Paulo.
• 2009 -Start of production on an industrial scale and increase in production capacity.
• 2010 - Establishment of contractor licensing and international joint ventures to startproduction in South America
• 2011 – Global Expansion with licensing of the technology to partners in Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America.
